Excellent service and much lower cost. My car has a major dent and I quoted several body shops, some big shop suggest me to replace the whole panel and would cost me 5K!!!, I didn't want to put so much money one it. Big shop said they won't repair it unless I follow their suggestion....but Elders Body Shop repaired it like new with much much lower price. I strongly recommend Elders Body Shop

These folks are all about customer service. Not everything goes perfectly. This is real life, nothing ever does. But they take their commitment to the customer's satisfaction VERY seriously, and if things aren't perfect, they work with you to reach an acceptable solution. Elders was recommended to me last year by two trusted friends.  They did not let me down: this has been the most pleasant experience I've ever had with an auto body business.  Not only did the technicians flawlessly repair my car, but the owner/manager informed me about the ins and outs of dealing with insurance companies before I even came in for an estimate (The other driver's insurance company sent me for an inspection and they gave me a check).  I am very grateful for the education as I didn't know how the system worked!  She made the whole process very easy, nothing complicated or intimidating, and I had my car back a couple days after I brought it in for repair. The lady who manages Enterprise Rent-a-car in the office (thank goodness they are on site) was also very personable and professional, which was great.  I'd recommend Elders to anyone in need of body work!
